Fitness all started with me when I just turned 15 years old working out in a little YMCA in lake Wales FL. Once I lifted a dumbbell I was hooked. It was rough for me because I had no idea what I was doing in a gym and hurt myself multiple times lifting improperly, so I got ACE certified in fitness and wellness to help people workout with proper form to get results not injuries and get hooked into fitness like I did to become healthier and stronger, and have confidence in yourself.
I started my fitness journey when I was 15-16 years old because the doctor told me I was obese and I needed to lose weight, so I lost 80 lbs in my freshman year in High school. I got serious about my fitness in 2014 after my first daughter was born because I was overweight again. At the time I was 380lbs and I needed to lose weight for my daughter. Today, I am 245lbs and I’m training in compete bodybuilding competition next year. My goal is to drop 20 more pounds. I am a certified Fitness coach and certified Tai chi instructor too.
